Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and LezPlanIt for using the LezPlanIt app and services. By using LezPlanIt, you agree to them.
What LezPlanIt is
LezPlanIt helps you plan trips by turning a short description into a suggested plan, and lets you organise places, reservations, and expenses. Suggestions are a starting point, not professional travel advice. Always verify the things that matter — visa and entry rules, opening hours, prices, and safety — with official sources before you rely on them.
Your account
You sign in through Google, Apple, or Facebook. You're responsible for keeping access to that sign-in account secure, and for activity that happens under your LezPlanIt account.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse LezPlanIt — that includes trying to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, using it to break the law, or interfering with other people's use of it.
Free plan, Trip Pass, and Passport
LezPlanIt is free to use with some limits: free trips are capped at 5 days, and drafting new plans is limited to a small number each month. Two paid options remove those limits:
- Trip Pass — a one-time purchase that unlocks full-length planning (up to 62 days) and paid features for a single trip.
- Passport — an optional subscription that unlocks them for every trip while your subscription is active, subject to fair-use limits on drafting.
Current prices and limits are always shown in the app before you buy. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and billed to your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings — you can reach this from Profile → Manage subscription. Refunds are handled under the policies of the store you bought through.
Content you add
Your trips and the content you add are yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and display that content so the service works for you. You're responsible for the content you add and for having the right to add it.
Disclaimers
LezPlanIt is provided "as is". We work hard to make it useful and reliable, but we can't guarantee that suggestions are accurate or complete, or that the service will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LezPlanIt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your reliance on suggestions you didn't independently verify. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can't be limited under the law that applies to you.
Ending your use
You can stop using LezPlanIt and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use LezPlanIt means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
